A three-day, low-cost, hackathon will take place in Santa Clara, California, giving developers a chance to team up and create apps for the Apple Vision Pro.
The not-for-profit event will be held from March 29 through March 31 at UCSC Silicon Valley Extension in Santa Clara. Registration costs $100 and covers food for the entire event. The event is not held by Apple.
VisionDevCamp is hosted by an all-volunteer team that has put on similar events, such as iPhoneDevCamp, iPadDevCamp, and iOSDevCamp. The team boasts that major apps, such as Square, OAuth, and even Apple's TestFlight, were conceptualized at one of their events.
Ideally, participants will already have knowledge of coding and access to their own Apple Vision Pro, though the device is not required for attending. However, according to the team behind the event, device owners will be given preferred access.
Those who wish to attend can head to the VisionDevCamp website to learn more, as well as register for the event.
