Apple is bringing back the blood oxygen sensor to the Apple Watch, the iPhone 17 will be costlier but have more storage, and there's a hint of what's coming next with the MacBook Pro, on the AppleInsider Podcast.

We're now at the time of year when we start crossing off days on the calendar ahead of the iPhone 17 launch, but now Apple has distracted us with unexpected Apple Watch news. After 18 months, the blood oxygen feature is returning with no explanation, but a lot of surmise.

Nonetheless, it is still the iPhone 17 range we're really looking forward to — and next year's iPhone Fold, and maybe Apple robots — and there have been plenty of leaks and rumors about that. They include how likely it is that the price will go up, and what Apple might do to ease the pain.

Also this week, there's news of the M6 MacBook Pro which it's thought Apple wants to use as one more big push to get Intel Mac users to come over to Apple Silicon. They really should, the water is lovely.
