Apple TV+ continues to rack up nominations this awards season, with six of its series nominated for ten awards at the 28th Annual Critics Choice Awards.

On Tuesday, the Critics Choice Association announced nominations for the 2023 Critics Choice Awards, set to be revealed on Sunday, January 15.

Both "Severance" and "Bad Sisters" have been nominated for Best Drama Series, while both "Pachinko" and "Tehran" have been nominated for Best Foreign Language Series.

Many of the Apple TV+ stars have been nominated as well. "Severance" star Adam Scott has picked up a nomination for Best Actor in a Drama Series, while "Bad Sisters" star Sharon Horgan has been nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series.

Ray Liotta and Paul Walter Hauser have each been nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or TV Movie for their performances in "Black Bird."

Samuel L. Jackson has been nominated for Best Actor in a Limited Series or TV Movie for his role in "The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey." In addition, Dominique Fishback has landed a nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or TV Movie for the same series.

In late November, Apple won its first BFTA Children & Young People's awards for series such as "El Deafo" and "Wolfwalkers."

See??? THIS is what Apple should continue doing, instead of trying to start a car company! Is Disney starting a car company? Is Netflix? Is Microsoft?

Microsoft will create a car when Apple makes a fortune on them. Microsoft's car will be a woody panelled minivan with a coupe like form to eliminate "wasted and useful" space. Although technically a 5-wheeled vehicle, it is only driven by a centrally located "big wheel" to increase efficiency.  Every level from base model to Supreme Deluxe with Cheese will have wheel spoke card "clackers". The driving software version 1.0 will remind you every 5 seconds to attach your seatbelts even on models where they were an optional purchase. Clippy will make his big screen return on the giant 8" retro LED screen centrally placed on the dash to create maximum reflections. Clippy responds to verbal questions like "do nachos really need cheese?" or "where's the darn brake pedal ?". At launch Microsoft will create the tongue-in-cheek adverts again comparing their amazing and one-of-a-kind(1) technology by bringing back to life Ricardo Montalbán using 3D projection tech in which he will promote the fine textured vegan pleather dash and recycled cardboard bench seating we all miss today. Unfortunately we were forced to give any chance of children's car seating but will include 2 free rolls of double-sided carpet tape to affix those kids in place.

(1) One-of-a-kind refers to the volume of vehicles Microsoft will actually sell.
