"Fortnite" and other Epic-published games have returned to the iPad — though technically only for those in the European Union.
This is largely because an update to iPadOS 18 now allows users to download apps from third-party app stores on the iPad. Of course, this is restricted exclusively to the EU as part of Apple's push to comply with regulators.
The Epic Game Store for iOS was previously green lit by Apple in early July but only after the publisher complained that Apple shot the app down over issues with the interface.
Where can I get the Epic Games Store in the European Union?

Apple has a tumultuous past with Epic, brought to a head by Epic's blatant sidestepping of Apple's decade-old guidelines. The company allowed customers to purchase in-game Fortnite items and V-bucks directly — which ultimately got the game removed from the App Store.
The saga, which has lasted years, has been summarized in our Apple vs. Epic piece.

No thanks. Don’t want it don’t need it.
I got a great idea how about come back to the app store but with an increased price (of 30%).
Apple never should have allowed Epic back imho
