The Apple Original Film "F1: the Movie" has continued to keep pace at the international box office, speeding past the $600 million milestone.

At the end of July, the Brad Pitt vehicle "F1: the Movie" had hit the $500 million milestone when it came to global box office takings. One month later, it's hit another one.

According to Deadline, "F1" has just crossed over the $600 million threshold, securing $603.4 million by Sunday. It wasn't the only movie to do so that weekend, with "Superman" edging ahead with $604.5 million.

The continued sales are said to be driven by non-US takings. $417.5 million of the total, approximately 69%, stems from overseas box office revenue.

China represents $59.2 million of the total, with Korea at $35.2 million, France at $30 million, the UK at $29.7 million, and Mexico bringing in $19.9 million. Global Imax revenue is $94.4 million.

The result means this is Brad Pitt's biggest movie ever worldwide, and his best showing in China.

Though the movie still sells at the box office, it is starting to lose steam. The racing film earned $6.1 million in the week, which is a dip of 37%.

Obviously, "F1" is a massive success to Apple, with it being the company's most successful original film to date. Apple also stands to earn more from the picture, after being released for sale and rent in the TV app's Store section.

It is currently available to purchase for $25, or rent for $20. Pricing is probably going to reduce to match other films in the store in the future when it becomes available to stream on Apple TV+, though a release date on the service is still unknown.
