On Wednesday, Belkin expanded its 25W Qi2.2 iPhone charging lineup with a new, Apple-exclusive 3-in-1 model that looks clean and elegant on a desk, counter, or nightstand.
With the release of the Qi2.2 standard, Belkin was the very first company to launch a compatible charger. Now, Belkin is introducing another, making it the fourth such 25W model from the brand.
The new UltraCharge Pro is a 3-in-1 luxe desktop charger that can quickly power up your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods at the fastest wireless speeds. I've been testing it out for a few weeks, and while the price is a bit high, it's incredibly well designed.
Belkin UltraCharge Pro review: Design
UltraCharge Pro feels instantly familiar compared to recent Belkin designs. It's like a grown-up version of the existing BoostCharge Pro that was a 15W 2-in-1.
It took the BoostCharge Pro and put it on an extra base to house the tertiary AirPods charger. Like that 2in-1 charger, the whole thing is covered in a smooth, soft-touch silicone.
The silicone is accented by a highly polished metal arm that pivots up and down on the front to provide adjustable viewing angles for your phone while charging. It comes in both a dark charcoal and a lighter sand color, with the latter shown here.
There is an Apple Watch charger extending out the back, encased in another metal arm. I prefer the Apple Watch behind like this as it allows the charger overall to have a smaller footprint, and the phone can charge horizontally in StandBy mode in the front.
Most unique about this charger is the AirPods charging pad. This flat charger has a shallow round divot to make it easy to identify where to place your headphones.
This pad also rotates around the main charger. It can be positioned on the left, directly out the back, or to the right. As you twist it, it has a satisfying amount of tension and a good notch that it locks into.
Belkin UltraCharge Pro review: The cable can be routed different ways, based on the position of the AirPods Qi pad
There are three routes the cable can be tucked in, depending on which of the three positions it is configured in.
Speaking of which, the cable is a non-removable braided USB-C cable that is color-matched to the charger itself. I usually like removable cables, but Belkin wanted this sleek, compact look that could only be achieved by hardwiring the cable into the bottom.
Belkin UltraCharge Pro review: Charging speed
As I mentioned, this is a 25W Qi2.2 charger. Those faster charging speeds are supported on iPhone 16 and iPhone 17 lineups while others will still charge at up to 15W.
The Apple Watch charger is Apple-certified and can fast charge, too. Finally, the AirPods Qi charger will output another 5W at the same time.
To power all of this, Belkin includes a 45W gallium nitride charger. This tiny brick has collapsable prongs but is about as large as Apple's older 5W USB-A brick.
Like with the cable, the power brick is also color matched to the charger. I love that the charger is so small and I appreciate that it went with GaN instead of cheaping out with a larger, silicone-based one.
With most 25W chargers you will see active cooling to keep the temperatures down and boost charging performance. Here, Belkin is using its ChillBoost technology passively to keep temperatures down.
Belkin UltraCharge Pro review: With the magnetic charging pad, the phone can charge at any angle or orientation
So there is no fan and the whole charger runs perfectly silent. Technically, Belkin's other UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 with active cooling can be slightly faster in certain conditions, but this will be very close.
Belkin says it should do 50% in 30 minutes and with my iPhone 17 Pro, that was just about spot on. Active cooling I'm sure can charge quicker, especially on an iPhone 16 Pro that lacks the better thermals found in the iPhone 17 line, but I think it is nearly identical for most use cases.
Belkin UltraCharge Pro review: About that price
With this charger, the main problem I think is the price. It's not bad, but Belkin's existing lineup definitely could give shoppers pause.
This charger, which you can only buy from Apple, is priced at $149. But Belkin also sells another 3-in-1 UltraCharge Pro model with 25W speeds and active cooling for $129.

You can get (mildly) better performance and a removable cable while also saving $20. Furthermore, Belkin also has foldable 3-in-1 and 2-in-1 chargers for $99 and $59, respectively.
It's not clear why this version has a $20 premium, but it's likely the design comes into play. When I asked Belkin, it said that the more compact, bespoke design ended up with a higher cost of goods, resulting in the slight increase.
But looking at the Belkin lineup as a whole, I'd easily pick out this one as the best-looking. If I were to pick out my favorite 25W charger on the market based solely on the design, this would be my choice.
Belkin UltraCharge Pro review: Should you buy it?
Qi2.2 is still very new. There are only a handful of chargers to launch so far with this tech, and Belkin has taken over a large amount of the market with cheap to more luxury options.
This model isn't the priciest one out there, but it has a great design in some lovely earth-tone colors that are increasingly popular as of late. It comes across as well-designed and warm, which is something I appreciate in the stuff that lives in my home.
There's a chance the price comes down over time, or maybe it will stay at this point and you can write it off as the "Apple Tax," since it's only available through Apple. Either way, if you want a gorgeous and powerful charger, this one is it.
