Selected YouTubers and other creators have been invited to an Apple Experience in Los Angeles for the launch of Apple Creator Studio — and perhaps more.
Apple Creator Studio is a new subscription bundle centered on apps such as Final Cut Pro, and Logic Pro, Apple's video and audio editors. It's due to launch on January 28, 2026, and the timing of that had already led to speculation that Apple would simultaneously launch new Macs.
Now "creatorpreneur" Petr Mara has revealed an invitation he has had to an Apple Experience. The invitation has few details, but it is headed with an Apple logo that's been stylized in the same way as Apple Creator Studio apps.
Plus the event, at a seemingly unspecified location in Los Angeles, runs from January 27 to January 29. So it's straddling the launch date for Apple Creator Studio.
It's also a rather long Apple Experience for a bundle of three main apps, three companion ones, and some iWork extras. The invitation appears to be for the whole three days, though it's conceivable that creators would only attend one.
If that's the case then Apple may be inviting a very great many influencers and YouTubers. Although so far, Petr Mara appears to be the sole one to have posted about it on social media.
Alternatively, unless Mara is on his own there and Apple is really into the gut nutrition pills he backs, the social media expectation is that Apple is planning to reveal more.
There is a lot in Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro, so this may all still be less informed speculation and more wishful thinking. But Apple is expected to launch a new MacBook Pro with the M5 Pro and M5 Max processors early in 2026.
While the fact that M5 Max and M5 Pro MacBook Pro is coming soon is a poorly kept secret, the release data is. We're still very early in a beta cycle, which presumably will need to release to support those machines, so the timetable still isn't clear.
