In mid-April 2026, Apple will roll out a rebranded and free Apple Business platform, newly refurbished to provide helpful digital tools to businesses of all sizes. Here's what's included.
On Tuesday, Apple announced that it would merge all of its enterprise tools into a single platform dubbed Apple Business. And, as a bonus, all of the features will be available for free, starting April 14, in more than 200 countries and regions.
"Apple Business is a significant leap forward in our decades-long commitment to helping companies of all sizes leverage the power of Apple products and services to run and grow," said Susan Prescott, Apple's vice president of Enterprise and Education Marketing.
"We've unified Apple's strongest business offerings into one simple, secure platform, delivering key features for organizations in every stage and sector, including built-in device management, collaboration tools, and additional ways to reach new customers. We can't wait to see how Apple Business helps companies spend more time focusing on what they love and connecting deeply with their communities."
Apple Business will provide built-in mobile device management (MDM), which helps simplify IT management — especially for small companies. This newly free toolset provides Blueprints to set up devices with preconfigured settings and apps.
It handles employee management and automatic app distribution via an administrative API. Using Apple Business also enables zero-touch deployment, meaning new devices are functional right out of the box.
Apple Business also introduces fully integrated email, calendar, and directory services to its users. Designed to enhance communication and collaboration, the tools help streamline the daily ins and outs of teamwork.
And, by using Apple Business, organizations are given the option to buy upgraded iCloud storage and support with AppleCare+ for Business. AppleCare+ for business is available starting at $6.99 per month per device, or $13.99 per month per user, and covers three devices.
In addition to interior company management, organizations can also use Apple Business to reach new customers. In Summer 2026, Apple Maps will allow businesses to create advertising campaigns, showing their business in Apple Maps search results.
Brand features from Apple Business Connect are also migrating over. Companies can create brand profiles and customize place cards with useful information that appears across Apple services.
Location insights give organizations a look into how customers discover and interact with businesses on Apple Maps. Custom actions and showcases allow a company to highlight deals, offers, products, and seasonal items, and drive customers to preferred websites and apps.
Previously, all the features mentioned above were scattered across multiple platforms. By consolidating the features — and offering many of them for free — Apple makes itself a more attractive option for small and medium-sized businesses, especially those that are new.
