Apple's sports media strategy is up in the air, the Mac Pro may actually be dead this time, and Apple's doom won't be found in a single employee departure on the AppleInsider Podcast.

The Apple Music Artist of the Year is Tyler, the Creator, plus, Apple has shared the top podcasts of the year. While these are quite popular and mainstream, your podcast hosts don't listen to any of them, so they've shared some podcast picks in AppleInsider+.

There doesn't seem to be much of a strategy in Apple's sports strategy other than signing up to stream content only to be disappointed. MLS is set to end its tenure at Apple early in 2029, but MLB is sticking around at least a little longer.

The future release schedule of Apple products is still in flux, with the iPhone possibly shifting to two big releases in the spring and fall. There is one Apple products that may never be refreshed — the Mac Pro.
