Scosche launches new MagSafe-compatible car mounts, speakers

Scosche has launched a number of new MagSafe-compatible accessories at CES 2022, including iPhone car mounts and speakers.

The new products include the MagicMount Pro Charge5, which allow iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 users to mount and charge their devices in a variety of configurations, including both landscape and portrait.

Users can purchase the MagicMount Pro Charge5 in variants made for a dashboard, cup holder, and AC vents. They'll be available for $64.99 later in the spring.

Scosche also unveiled less expensive MagicMount Pro MagSafe mounts that lack any charging capabilities but promise to provide a secure hold for iPhone users.

Both car mounting systems are also compatible with older iPhones and Android devices through a magnetic plate. Prices start at $44.99.

The accessory maker also debuted new MagSafe speakers that can attach to an iPhone, including a portable speaker that can clamp to the rear of a device and a larger speaker that can hold an iPhone for easy access to streaming content. Pricing for the MagSafe speaker starts at $40.
