It's all finally here — the AppleInsider Podcast recaps Apple's Wonderlust event, featuring Apple Watch Series 9, Apple Watch Ultra 2, iPhone 15, and iPhone 15 Pro.
Apple held its Wonderlust event on Tuesday to reveal its new iPhone and Apple Watch lineups. Rumors had predicted much of what was shown, but not everything was spot on.
The event started with Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2. They are upgraded with the S9 SiP and a new double tap pinching gesture.
The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus were revealed next with Dynamic Island and USB-C. The designs have been tweaked with new backs made of one piece of glass, including the camera bump.
iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max got an Action button and a faster USB-C 3.0 port. Titanium frames and more powerful A17 Pro processors make them ultra-premium smartphones.
Apple reserved one feature for iPhone 15 Pro Max due to its larger size — a Teraprism Camera. This camera increases the Telephoto capabilities to 5x zoom from 3x.
